Rhonda Wight is the CEO of Refrigeration Sales Corporation. After getting her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and psychology, and planned on being an attorney. She took a "temporary" position at RSC and worked as an admin - a secretary in their purchasing department. And even though she'd never dreamed she would keep on working at RSC,  I took on more purchasing responsibilities, then a  buyer...and eventually was named CEO.
